Return / Refund Policy
For reasons of hygiene, personal products like vibrators and oils cannot be returned once opened unless the product is faulty, not fit for purpose or of an unsatisfactory quality. Any additional delivery charges are not the responsibility of Online Associates and will have to be paid for by the customer. Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer and should be reported to the carrier with their reference details within 24 hours of the delivery. The items can be insured at additional costs to the customer, see details on our web site. The insurance is taken out with the courier and is not the responsibility of Online Associates. Replacement items will have to be paid for by the customer to Online Associates prior to dispatch of the replacement items.
Delivery Information
Upon confirmed and cleared receipt of payment, delivery is usually 2 to 3 days
for the UK, up to 7 days to Europe and up to 10 days for the rest of the world..

places the order.. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions
are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in
the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if
